aide a la configuration de Zsyncer

Bonjour, tout est dans le titre..
j'ai installé Zsyncer mais je n'arrive pas a l'utiliser.
Je ne comprend pas bien la langue du Prince Charles, alors je ne suis pas aidé.

Si quelqu'un pouvait m'en dire un peu plus?
